This Saturday, December 10th, the SI Makerspace collective are throwing their annual Makerspace maker Market. The event promotes the idea of local people creating local goods and art. The Makerspace has built a reputation in the last few years as Staten Island’s premiere destination for allowing those that want to get their hands dirty and create to do just that.

Lampman. After having operated New York Fabricators for 12 years at 450 Front Street on the North Shore, the couple were left with total destruction to the premises. However, these business owners saw a ray of light and turned around their situation into envisioning this 6,000 ft. space into a creative space for the community.
