The Staten Island Shakespearean Theater Company is at it again, presenting a professional and locally-cast rendition of a Shakespeare classic.

Staten Island fans of HBO’s Game of Thrones won’t have to wait until this summer, or maybe even fall, to catch some new Thrones content.

A one-of-a-kind immersive art installation is coming to Staten Island. Created by photographer Christine Cruz, Project Alice is a year-long adventure that will commence with the opening of an immersive, interactive art gallery in September 2017.

After putting on a contemporary version of ‘A Midsummer Night’s Dream’ the Staten Island Shakespearean Theatre Company returns this March with a performance of the Shakespeare Comedy “Twelfth Night or What You Will.’

I recently spoke with Susan Fenley, executive director of Staten Island’s SunDog Theatre, at The College of Staten Island’s Springer Hall.

The Sundog Theatre is celebrating the holiday season with a special performance of “A Christmas Carol,” and the 2017 Scenes From The Staten Island Ferry, a one-act play submission contest.
