As you may recall, a while back noted “Pharma-Bro” Martin Shkreli won a bidding war for the unreleased single copy of the Wu Tang Clan album ‘Once Upon a Time in Shaolin.’ Which was originally released as a traveling once-only listening experience around the time of Wu-Tang’s last album and around the time Method Man dropped his Meth Lab album. Well, about a month ago, Shkreli had promised that if Trump won he would release material from the album.
True to his word, he did not disappoint.
Apparently Shkreli needs to finalize some permissions with the Wu Tang Clan if he intends to release the entire album. But it’s worth noting he is also claiming to be sitting on some unreleased Jimi Hendrix and Nirvana recordings. I’m honestly a little more interested in how he got a hold of those than the actual music itself.
