For a while now, Art on the Terrace has been hosting a very unique songwriter’s circle every last Monday of the month. This month’s event takes place on May 28th, from 7pm to 9pm, and will feature songwriters Tommy Bones, Sane Simoniello, Comfort Cat, and will be moderated by Vincent Vok.
According to the group itself, the aim of the Potluck Songwriter’s Circle is:
An informal evening presenting three different Staten Island songwriters each month in an intimate setting. The songwriters will each take turns performing their own songs, commenting on the process of writing it and invite comments and questions from the audience, creating a unique experience for both the performer and audience not found in traditional concert performances. It will be a valuable learning experience for all present.
So after the Memorial Day parade, after the BBQs, come down to Art on the Terrace, 776 Richmond Terrace, SI, NY 10301 and enjoy a unique live performance experience.
