The “Core Four” are the former New York Yankees baseball players Derek Jeter, Andy Pettitte, Jorge Posada, and Mariano Rivera. It has also been coined by Staten Island Borough President James Oddo as the four major developments on the North Shore of Staten Island. New York City residents are now able to sign up for IDNYC, a government issued identification card that is available to all City residents age 14 and older in 25 languages. Immigration status does not matter. The largest municipal identification card program in the nation was launched in January of this year.
