The Higher Concept have been performing together for a decade, producing original music on Staten Island for a large chunk of that. Tonight, the group is making a surprise performance which will be one of their last. According to IB’s (aka Ian Weisz) Facebook announcement for the event, where he explains that he’ll be heading to Argentina in the near future.
