There’s a new development scheme for the North Shore. Plans for the futuristic complex features a $33 million investment to expand infrastructure and establish a mixed-use waterfront park on a decommissioned naval base. The New Stapleton Waterfront Project is part of the city’s plan revitalize life and increase Staten Island’s civilian turnover on the waterfront by improving access to the waterfront view and usage.

Ironstate, which prides itself in its motto ‘thinking beyond buildings,’ is participating in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Neighborhood Development (LEED-ND) to launch an eco-friendly construction project.

Phase 1: 570 rental apartments
