Project Brunch has made a major splash on the internet since they opened their doors last April. Their deliciously picturesque menu items have drawn in followers from all over the city (17.1 thousand Instagram followers, to be exact.) and have garnered attention from some major publications.
This video from Insider featuring Project Brunch’s Loaded Hot Chocolate has recently gone viral, adding to the recent trend of heavily-garnished-and-borderline-ridiculous milkshakes. Insider is a popular new online publication created by Business Insider Inc. They pride themselves on exploring and showcasing “all of the adventures life has to offer,” including food, travel, arts, culture, and more. Their popular videos have been shared thousands of times over on Facebook, and this new video is no exception.
So far the video has gotten over 2 million views and 18,000 likes on Facebook. The good news is that Project Brunch is getting the good publicity it deserves. The bad news is that we will definitely need to wait way longer to get ourselves a table there…
