The Core Four: Staten Island 4 North Shore Major Development Projects
The “Core Four” are the former New York Yankees baseball players Derek Jeter, Andy Pettitte, Jorge Posada, and Mariano Rivera. It has also been coined by Staten Island Borough President James Oddo as the four major developments on the North Shore of Staten Island. URL Building, Empire Outlet Mall, New York Wheel & Lighthouse Point.

What Is Staten Island’s URL building?
There’s a new development scheme for the North Shore. Plans for the futuristic complex features a $33 million investment to expand infrastructure and establish a mixed-use waterfront park on a decommissioned naval base.
